Job Summary

  Lead the design and development of advanced Agentic AI solutions within the BlueverseGenAI platform leveraging extensive expertise in the Agentic Framework

  Drive innovation and strategic direction for Agentic AI initiatives within the BlueverseGenAIAgentic AIPlatform family Utilize deep knowledge of the Agentic Framework to architect scalable robust AI systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise solutions Mentor and guide senior engineers and architects to elevate technical excellence Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and agentic technologies to maintain competitive advantage Lead research efforts to explore new methodologies and frameworks enhancing agentic AI performance Influence product roadmaps by aligning AI capabilities with business objectives Ensure adherence to best practices in AI ethics security and compliance within development processes

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Define technical strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI projects within the BlueverseGenAI platform Oversee endtoend design development and deployment of agentic AI solutions Lead architectural reviews code quality assessments and performance optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements Drive innovation through prototyping and proofofconcept initiatives Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple projects Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning Manage risks and troubleshoot complex technical challenges related to agentic AI systems Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership in Agentic AI

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
