Role description

• 9 - 12 years of P&C insurance experience
• Minimum 5 years of Guidewire project delivery experience
• Technical certification in one or more Insurance Suite module
• Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter
• Enterprise Customer Communication Management Document Generation Digital Systems
• Superior analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Project PowerPoint and MS Vision

Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

• Expertly drives the successful delivery of Guidewire State rollout project
• Manage overall program at a high-level including charter and project plans
• Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
• Report consolidated program progress and metrics
• Monitor and manage finance budget resource scope and timeline for the entire program
• Monitor control and support delivery ensuring systems Process Governance
• Help resolve escalated issues roadblocks and conflicts
• PMP Certification
• AINS 21222324 Certification

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional virtual teams
• Understanding of how different projects interlink and overlap

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
