Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Glassbox Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding implementation configuration and operational enablement of applications into the Glassbox platform The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Glassbox deployments Linux administration application onboarding troubleshooting monitoring and stakeholder coordination

Key Objectives

Successfully onboard applications onto the Glassbox platform

Ensure accurate session capture replay functionality and monitoring capabilities

Support platform stability and operational excellence

Maintain compliance through proper data masking and privacy configurations

Reduce onboarding timelines through standardization and automation

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver seamless Glassbox implementations

Mandatory Skills

5 years of IT experience with handson Glassbox platform exposure

Experience in Glassbox onboarding implementation or platform administration

Strong understanding of Glassbox session recording and capture configurations

Experience with Linux server administration and troubleshooting

Knowledge of web applications APIs networking and SSLTLS concepts

Experience supporting production environments and platform operations

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Understanding of data privacy masking and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
