- Strong experience with Figma and other design tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and goals independently
- Experience in Figma
- Experience in user interviews Design thinking principles
- Create innovative product designs in collaboration with product owners partners and engineering to understand business requests desired outcomes and create innovative product visions
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards process flows and sitemaps
- Design everything from high level flows to detailed wireframes to high fidelity mockups to clickable prototypes to express vision
- Research and conduct informal testing to validate design directions and inform new thinking for key features
- Collaborate with product team members to design solutions for complex problems
- Present designs to stakeholders and product owners
- Contribute to improving design team tools and processes Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem
- Create innovative product designs by partnering with product owners stakeholders and engineering teams to understand business needs and desired outcomes Illustrate design concepts using storyboards process flows sitemaps wireframes highfidelity mockups and clickable prototypes Conduct user research and informal testing to validate design decisions and inform feature development Present and communicate design ideas effectively to product teams and stakeholders Prioritize tasks and manage multiple design projects independently Contribute to the continuous improvement of design tools processes and standards within the team Advocate for design thinking principles and foster a culture of innovation and quality in all design efforts
