Job Title: Pega Application Support Engineer
Location: Plano, TX(Hybrid)
Required Qualifications
Strong working Knowledge on Java Pega PRPC Framework SQL SQL Server Oracle Databases Autosys Splunk Dynatrace and ITSM
Expertise supporting and troubleshooting J2EE Net and Mainframe solutions
Deep understanding of Pega platform features and functionalities
Expertise in Incident management and problem management processes
Working Knowledge with ToadSQL plus Clients UNIX Shell Scripting
Working knowledge of Monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Understanding ITSM Incident Change and Problem Management
Excellent communication skills motivated team player strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in crossfunctional and with multilocation teams
Very good Analytical skills
Good to have Certifications
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Java, Mainframe Autosys, MS SQL Server, Splunk
Good to Have Skills : Oracle DB Administration
