- Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Data Architecture to lead and design scalable data solutions
Job Description
- Lead the design and development of enterprise data architecture frameworks and solutions Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data strategy and governance Develop scalable data models data flow diagrams and metadata management processes Ensure alignment of data architecture with organizational goals and technology standards Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to improve data management efficiency Drive best practices in data integration data quality and data security Mentor and guide technical teams on data architecture principles and implementation Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of data platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data architecture design and implementation for complex projects Develop and enforce data architecture standards policies and procedures Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Oversee data modeling database design and metadata management activities Ensure data solutions are scalable reliable and secure Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data architects and engineers Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate data across multiple systems Monitor emerging data architecture trends and incorporate relevant innovations Support data governance initiatives and compliance requirements Drive continuous improvement in data architecture practices and documentation
