Job Description
- Design develop and maintain end user computing EUC desktop engineering solutions.
- Implement and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments to enhance remote desktop experiences.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate desktop solutions within the existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex desktop environment issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure security compliance and best practices in desktop engineering setups.
- Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and system upgrades related to desktop environments.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Lead the deployment configuration and management of EUC desktop solutions.
- Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure including user profile management and session host configurations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide expert level support and guidance to junior engineers and end-users.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement policies and controls for desktop environments.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance desktop engineering processes and user satisfaction.
