Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (with Reinsurance experience)
Work Location: New York, NY (All 05 days a week onsite is mandatory)

Job Summary:
- Highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to lead the implementation and integration of Insurance based software solutions.
- This role requires a deep understanding of P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for Business Requirement readiness driving system deployment ensuring data integrity and coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless integration and operational readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of reinsurance software platforms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Gathering Business requirements and transferring to Team to implement by preparing BRD
- Oversee data migration activities system configuration and quality assurance testing
- Manage stakeholder communications including status reporting and risk mitigation strategies
- Support operational readiness user training and postimplementation troubleshooting
Required Qualifications (Primary Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology business administration or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in IT project management and leading distributed teams
- Strong understanding of Treaty Facultative and Excess of Loss reinsurance transactions
- Handson experience with enterprise reinsurance software such as Reinsurance Master Sapiens or FSRI SAP
- Proven expertise in data migration and system integration
- Should be certified in Insurance
- Required Skills Qualifications Secondary Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with cloud computing environments and financial close processes
- Understanding on Agile process and tool like ADOJIRA
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
