Job Description
Work extensively within the Captive Finance domain to manage and optimize financial products and services Leverage deep domain expertise to analyze financial data trends and customer insights specific to captive finance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement finance strategies that align with business goals Utilize industry best practices to enhance captive finance operations ensuring compliance and risk mitigation Support the development and enhancement of captive finance solutions through process improvements and technology adoption Stay updated with regulatory changes and market dynamics impacting captive finance and adapt strategies accordingly
Roles And Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis and reporting activities related to captive finance products Design and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition retention and satisfaction within captive finance Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective finance solutions Drive process optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs Mentor and guide junior team members on domain knowledge and best practices Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls within captive finance operations Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
