About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance transformation leader to spearhead SAP S/4HANA engagements across the Record-to-Report (RTR) and Finance & Accounting tracks. This is a strategic leadership role focused on solution architecture, client advisory, and delivery excellence for global SAP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Finance implementations: solution confirmation, blueprinting, build, test, deploy, and hyper care.
- Act as value stream manager / Solution Architect for advisory and consulting assignments.
- Conduct solution and architectural workshops with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own the RTR or Finance & Accounting track across the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business goals.
- Develop solution frameworks, accelerators, and IPs to enhance delivery speed, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Drive practice growth initiatives and contribute to internal capability building.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of relevant experience in finance transformation and SAP implementations.
- 5 years in a leadership role managing RTR/FA tracks for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong background in consulting environments.
- Experience working in global delivery models; exposure to Indian SIs is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ICAI / CPA / ICWA
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CFA
- SAP Product Certification (Finance Modules)

Pay Range:
Base Salary: $1,85,550per annum to $2,20,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
In addition, we offer a commission which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
