Role Description
The SFDC Programme Manager is responsible for endtoend delivery of largescale Salesforce programs spanning multiple projects teams and stakeholders This role ensures strategic alignment governance financial control risk management and successful realization of business outcomes across Salesforce platforms
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership Governance
Own and manage the overall Salesforce programme roadmap milestones and outcomes
Establish programme governance reporting structures and escalation mechanisms
Ensure alignment between business strategy Salesforce capabilities and delivery execution
Lead steering committee meetings and executive reviews
Delivery Execution Management
Oversee multiple Salesforce projectsworkstreams Sales Service Experience Marketing etc
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including BAs Developers Architects QA and vendors
Ensure ontime onbudget and highquality delivery across all releases
Manage interdependencies critical paths and release schedules
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders and sponsors
Manage expectations across business IT and external partners
Drive decisionmaking and resolve conflicts across teams
Communicate programme status risks and achievements clearly and regularly
Financial Resource Management
Own programme budget forecasting and cost controls
Track and manage vendor contracts statements of work SOWs and commercials
Optimize resource allocation across internal and external teams
Ensure benefits realization and ROI tracking
Risk Quality Compliance
Identify assess and mitigate programmelevel risks and issues
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security and compliance standards
Drive quality assurance UAT readiness and release governance
Ensure documentation audit readiness and operational handover
Change Transformation Management
Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies
Oversee training communication and rollout planning
Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to BAU support
Promote continuous improvement and platform optimization
Required Skills Qualifications
Salesforce Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and platform capabilities
Experience managing programs involving multiple Salesforce Clouds
Ability to engage at solution and architecture discussion level
Familiarity with integrations data migration and enterprise landscapes
Programme Delivery Skills
Proven experience managing large complex technology programs
Strong knowledge of Agile SAFe andor hybrid delivery models
Expertise in programme planning dependency management and reporting
Experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps MS Project Clarity or similar
Leadership Communication
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities
Ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Experience Education
1015 years of overall IT experience
58 years managing Salesforce or CRM transformation programs
Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business or related field
Salesforce certifications Admin Consultant Architect preferred
PMP PgMP SAFe or Prince2 certification is a plus
