Job Descriptions
- Demonstrated experience in performance engineering, including profiling, tuning, and working with APM tools such as HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, AppDynamics, and similar solutions.
- Skilled in performance testing for both backend APIs and frontend web or device applications.
- Experienced in monitoring performance across Windows and UNIX platforms using tools like OpenView, Sitescope, Wily, or equivalents.
- Capable of understanding and analysing AWR reports.
- Quick to adapt and learn new skills in complex, dynamic environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient at multitasking, prioritising, and managing time efficiently.
- Can recommend appropriate testing methodologies and strategies to evaluate and enhance application performance.
- Previous experience working on Agile projects.
