Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive successful delivery of projects across cross functional teams The role requires strong expertise in project planning execution stakeholder management risk management scope control budgeting status reporting and issue resolution The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments while ensuring timely delivery quality outcomes and alignment with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules milestones and deliverables
- Manage project scope and ensure change requests are evaluated documented and controlled effectively
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to minimize business impact
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives status and expectations
- Prepare and present regular status reports dashboards and project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts meeting notes action items risks and decisions
- Monitor and manage project budgets resource allocation and overall financial health of the project
- Coordinate across cross functional teams including business technology operations vendors and leadership
- Drive issue resolution and facilitate timely decision-making to keep the project on track
- Apply strong problem solving and analytical skills to handle project challenges effectively
- Ensure adherence to project governance quality standards and organizational processes
- Support project delivery using Agile, Waterfall methodologies based on business requirements
