Summary Level Roles And Responsibilities
Program Initiative Support
Supports planning of major data initiatives by organizing Charters and Cost Analysis Summary in the PGC project flow
Supports execution of major data initiatives owned by technical and product leads
Coordinates timelines deliverables dependencies to ensure successful initiative delivery provide program level oversight and roll ups
Monitors technical execution and provides delivery support in cases where a project manage is assigned by the EPMO focus on supporting the Data Platform Leaders and tracking technical progress
Supports the Data Platform Leaders to organize major updates and status to MBRs and S4s
Data Pillar Delivery Management
Supports Data Platform Leaders to organize estimates and resources for new intake items
Supports the Data Platform Leaders with workforce activities such as onboarding offboarding resource allocations etc
Supports the Data Platform Leaders in the development and management of SOWs
Supports the Data Platform Leaders with organizing financial activities as inputs to the budget and forecasting processes
Supports the Data Platform Leaders to organize major updates and inputs to vendor QBRs
