Role: Walkup Service Center Support Laptop /Desktop Management Smart Hands
Skill
- In-depth technical knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge on Intune and SCCM
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Assist with IT projects and upgrades.
- Document and maintain IT inventory.
- Train end-users on basic IT procedures.
- Ensure security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other IT team members.
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Experience in supporting Apple and Android devices
- Experience in attending VIP customers
Certification
- CompTIA A
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator)
