Job Description
- Lead and oversee complex projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile principles
- Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality delivery
- Drive Agile Value Driven Delivery practices to maximize business value and stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate effective Scrum management and continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide project teams to adopt best practices in project planning and Agile methodologies
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define project scopes objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership
- Establish and maintain project governance structures including risk management and issue resolution
- Lead Agile ceremonies and promote Agile mindset across teams
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Scrum management principles and facilitate sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Support resource planning and allocation to meet project demands
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and expectations
