Role Description
Solution Architect
Were currently looking to bring on an experienced Solution Architect to lead the migration of legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud with a focus on Accounts Payable AP and Fixed Assets FA
The candidate will be responsible for leading the migration of AP and FA modules from legacy ERP systems like SAP ERP into Oracle Fusion Cloud The ideal candidate will own the endtoend architecture solution design and delivery coordination for this multicountry rollout
This is a handson highvisibility role that involves collaborating closely with finance IT compliance and vendor partners to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that meet both operational and regulatory needs
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and endtoend solution design for Oracle Cloud ERP migration AP and FA
Define the target state architecture and document the design using Oraclestandard frameworks
Create clear executivefacing presentations and lead stakeholder workshops
Translate business requirements into secure scalable Oracle configurations and processes
Facilitate discovery sessions and propose process optimizations wherever applicable
Define and manage integrations with internal and external bank systems such as expense applications tax engines and eInvoicing tools
Track project milestones deliverables and dependencies across functional and technical teams
Lead a team of developers and functional analysts to deliver configurations and enhancements
Drive crossfunctional alignment across business and IT groups and own key decisions
Collaborates With
Finance and AP leads and business process owners
Oracle Cloud implementation partners and internal IT teams
Integration data migration and compliance SMEs
Expense tax and thirdparty tool owners
Project managers and executive sponsors
Expected Deliverables
Functional design documents and configuration specs HLD BR100 MD50 etc
Integration design and technical specs
Executive presentations and decision support materials
UAT strategy data migration reconciliation plans and golive cutover plans
Weekly status updates risk tracking and project dashboard inputs
Required Skills Experience
8 years in ERP transformation with at least 2 fullcycle Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations
Deep functional experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules
Strong experience designing and deploying Oracle Fusion configurations and workflows
Proven ability to create and present executivelevel content
Solid understanding of data migration strategy and reconciliation approaches
Experience leading technical and functional teams across workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to bridge business and IT
Preferred Experience
Experience migrating from SAP ERP or other legacy ERP platforms
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud OIC BI Publisher OTBI OAC FDI and GenAI capabilities
Familiarity with e Invoicing Expense management tax processing intercompany processing
Oracle Financials certification or specialization in APFA modules
