Role Description
Primary Skills
Overall 12 to 15 years of IT experience with relevant 8 years of strong experience in DevOps Nice to have FinOps expereince
Work with and support Marriott Infrastructure teams collaborate with DevOps consumers stakeholders and technology partners to define the program
roadmap nonfunctional requirements patterns and functional designs for variety of use cases that will support the DevOps strategy stability
practice and future growth in Cloud Foundation
Expert in designing and implementing DevOps solutions using JenkinsHarness as CICD platform
Expert in handling multiple enterprise stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide DevOps solutions
Expert in designing customizable DevOps framework for enterprise solutions for monolithic and microservice applications
Expert in defining enterprise level DevOps practices which can be measured against business KPIs
Experience in implementing E2E CICD solutions for different application stacks like java net angular
Experience in migrating Jenkins to Harness YAML pipelines Nice to Have
Certifications in Harness Nice to Have
Experience in following tools or technologies
CICD Tools Harness Jenkins
Containerization Docker Kubernetes EKS
IaC Terraform CloudFormation
Cloud AWS
Scripting ShellBash Python
Secondary Skills
Knowledge on latest market trends in DevOps or DevSecOps
Experience or knowledge in DevOps solutions for DATA COTS ERP CRM SAP PEGA Adobe CMS etc
Experience or knowledge in Continuous testing security monitoring as part of DevOps solutioning
Experience or knowledge in Agile methodology
Experience and understanding of multiple cloud providers like AWS Azure GCP
Experience or knowledge of DevSecOps like SAST SCA DAST container security IAST RASP
Knowledge or awareness in Site Reliability Engineering SRE Monitoring and Observability
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent documentation communication and presentation skills
