Senior Workday Prism Analytics Consultant

Role Focus: Solution ownership and stakeholder‑facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Prism Analytics solutions.
• Integrate Workday and non‑Workday data sources for advanced analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics designs.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Enable self‑service reporting and mentor P2 resources.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Workday Prism, calculated fields, and composite reporting.
• Experience working with HR, Finance, or Talent analytics use cases.

Ability to independently manage reporting enhancements and releases

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
