Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our prosthetics and orthotics team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient care ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake processes, including gathering and verifying patient information
- Support ICD coding procedures to ensure accurate medical record documentation
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and guiding patients through procedures
- Assist with patient care activities under supervision, maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor
- Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to support clinical tasks effectively
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
Experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required; relevant training will be provided
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is preferred, completed college course work in Biology, Anatomy and Physics is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused attitude are essential for success

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
