What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles
- Create engaging job posts and ads across platforms
- Use AI tools to optimize sourcing and candidate screening
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project needs
- Bring new ideas, implement modern recruitment tools and contribute to continuous improvement
Your Profile:
✅ Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms in USA
✅ Skilled in job ad creation and social media outreach
✅ Proactive, organized, innovative, and result-driven
✅ Experience in the shipbuilding or marine sector is a plus
