This is a full-time position.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the shop team, office staff, and vendors to ensure timely repairs.Purchase the parts needed by our mechanics to repair heavy-duty trucks.Compare prices, quality, suppliers, and availability to select the best options.Follow internal processes and maintain accurate records of parts ordered and received.Place orders, coordinate and complete pick-ups, and handle returns when necessary.QualificationsKnowledge of the automotive industry - Heavy Duty experience strongly preferred.Strong decision-making skills and ability to evaluate price/quality options.Clean driver license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain it.Bilingual: Spanish & English.Ability to use computers, email, and perform online searches efficiently.Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills.If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support a hardworking team, we want to hear from you!
