- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain daily opening and closing procedures
- Train coach and develop team members
- Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and waste
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Help achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Communicate effectively with employees and upper management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or food service management experience
- Serv Safe Certified preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service focused with a positive attutide
- Ability to coach and hold team members accountable
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
