Program Analyst – CD&I Support, US Citizens only

POSITION: Program Analyst – CD&I Support

LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Experience: 5 years of related experience with Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&I)
• Must Haves: Extensive experience with support to Marine Corps CD&I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities & policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization
• Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
• Skills: Relevant DoD CD&I experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Client Familiarity: USMC
• Tools Familiarity: DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU courses

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Support Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&I)
• Support Marine Corps CD&I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities & policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization
• Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
• Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
• Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
