What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Long Term Care Pharmacist Rph position at LTC Scripts Inc?
LTC Scripts is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Pharmacist (RPh) to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced LTC environment, understands compliance, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performance pharmacy team.
You will work under the guidance of our Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), Nick, and play a key role in supporting our expanding long-term care facility partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active NJ Pharmacist License (in good standing)
- Strong experience in Long Term Care pharmacy
- Proficiency with FrameworkLTC system (required)
- Knowledge of:
- Cycle fill
- IV antibiotics (preferred)
- Controlled substance regulations
- Emergency kits
- ALF & SNF workflows
- Strong communication skills with nurses, DONs, and facility administrators
- Team-oriented mindset
- Flexible with scheduling (including some evening/weekend rotation if needed)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Order verification and clinical review
- Consulting with LTC facilities
- Supervising technicians and workflow
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal LTC regulations
- Supporting packaging operations (bingo cards / unit dose)
- Collaborating closely with the PIC and leadership team
