Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Equipment Rental Sales Representative. The Equipment Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new customers, identifying customer needs, handling customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and maintaining relationships with clients. Ensuring a seamless and pleasant rental experience.
Within your current role in the equipment rental industry, ask yourself: Are you losing a portion of your commissions when you have to negotiate pricing on a rental deal? Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Experience in equipment rental sales, negotiation, and relationship management required
- Knowledge of equipment operations and rental practices is required
- Detail-oriented with skills in organization and problem-solving
- Proficiency in using computer systems and business applications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Possess a valid driver’s license (if the role requires equipment delivery coordination)
