Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center & Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Hall 1 Subacute Care team in Baltimore, Maryland.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
As an LPN on Hall 1, you will:
- Provide direct patient and resident care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support and supervise nursing assistants and support staff
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and rehabilitation care coordination
- Document patient care accurately within the medical record
- Help create a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification
- 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred
Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent nursing education required
