Physician - Full-Time

LTC Provider Care, PC is a medical group dedicated to serving patients in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility settings. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of care, patient outcomes, quality of life, refine facility processes, and enhance patient relationships.

LTC provides Primary Care Physician (PCP) services to SNF-LTC facilities across Michigan.

LTC is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team.

Job Structure

• This is an in-person position
• Providers will commute directly between home and their assigned facility
• Physician will “supervise” 3 APPs
• Physician will act as Medical Director in up to 3 facilities
• After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers (currently a 13-week rotation)
• Standard Monday-Friday

Requirements And Qualifications

• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
• Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
• Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. residency program
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• 220K - 260K (Base RVU's) No Cap
• Clinical Standards and Quality Measures must be met.
• 15 PTO days annually
• $2,500 Annual CME allowance plus 3 PTO days to use for CME attendance
• Company paid subscription to “Up To Date”, both mobile and laptop
• Monthly phone stipend
• All medical licensure expenses reimbursed by the Practice
• Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
