The Role: Relationship Growth Manager (RGM)
As a Relationship Growth Manager, you are the bridge between our customers and everything LTB delivers. You don’t just manage accounts — you grow them. Your role is part strategist, part advocate, part logistics advisor. You’ll deepen relationships with existing customers, uncover new needs, introduce solutions that matter, and help our clients win in their space.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-sized to enterprise shipper accounts
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (LTL, FTL, flatbed, intermodal, etc.)
- Reignite dormant or quiet accounts with value-based outreach
- Lead customer business reviews, performance recaps, and strategic growth conversations
- Collaborate with carriers, dispatch, and operations to ensure consistent service
- Track and measure account performance using Salesforce (Revenova CRM)
- Resolve issues before they escalate — communicate with clarity and confidence
- Be a consultative resource to shipping managers, logistics VPs, and supply chain directors
- Log insights, calls, and wins to support team-wide growth metrics

- Growing wallet share and increasing load count per account
- High retention and positive client feedback
- Regular client engagement with a steady rhythm of check-ins and reviews
- Strategic notes and activities logged in CRM
- Cross-selling of LTB’s full-service offerings across divisions
Ideal Candidate
- 3 years in logistics, freight brokerage, and account management
- Naturally curious, with strong business acumen and a love for relationships
- Skilled in asking the right questions and spotting growth opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, Outlook 365, and TMS platforms
- Calm under pressure, coachable, and focused on long-term wins
