Job description
We are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team! Preparation and filing of financial and tax statements (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly), review data entry of QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing and Wholesale edition.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial documents
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Reconciliations
- Solid knowledge of Michigan sales tax
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping (Minimum 5 years)
- Advanced QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
- Knowledge of IRS and State tax filings
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel)
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
