The Role
As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be the glue between our office and the production floor. You’ll assist in managing our workforce, ensuring production hits its targets, and keeping the gears of the business turning smoothly—both literally and figuratively.

What You’ll Do
- Production & Scheduling: Take ownership of MRP systems and daily scheduling to keep our output on track.
- Floor Management: Partner with the team to lead production workers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Technical Integration: While you won't be a full-time mechanic, you must be mechanically inclined. You’ll need to learn how our equipment runs from the inside out to troubleshoot and optimize production.
- Communication: Act as a clear, professional bridge between departments. We value straightforward, honest communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical Aptitude: A natural curiosity for how things work and the ability to understand complex machinery.
- MRP/ERP Savvy: Experience with manufacturing software and scheduling logic.
- Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" approach to managing people. We operate with no politics and no drama.
- Flexibility: While standard hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (M-F), manufacturing is unpredictable. You must be willing to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of the floor.
