We are looking for an enthusiastic & professional Leasing Agent to join our team & assist us with marketing, leasing, and management of our many properties in the greater Spokane area. The Leasing Agent role consists of (but is not limited to) communicating with prospective tenants & clients, scheduling & conducting showings, learning details about different properties, ensuring properties are maintained effectively, coordinating the orientation of new tenants, assisting with office & clerical tasks, and working closely with others on the team as well as other departments within LT. You will preserve favorable relations with colleagues, property owners, tenants, and prospective tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office, and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Weekly leasing meetings - collaboration with the entire team.
- Prepare weekly updates/reports for leasing progress on assigned units and provide feedback, ideas, & recommendations.
- Utilize tech-forward company programs & resources for max efficiency.
- Communicate and follow up with prospective tenants by phone, text, & email.
- Record & update details of prospective tenants into the database swiftly.
- Schedule & conduct property/unit tours as part of marketing activities.
- Assist with supplemental social media marketing on Facebook, TikTok, IG, etc.
- Take quality listing photos and footage of vacant units and properties.
- Be knowledgeable of company policies, legislation, and Fair Housing requirements.
- Be knowledgeable of properties owned and/or managed by LTPM.
- Manage leasing progress of your assigned zone/units/properties daily.
- Rental application processing/screening & verification follow-ups with support from our global team members.
- Manage and execute renewals included in your zone and/or for client portfolios with support from our global team members.
- Assist others on the leasing team and other departments when needed.
- Schedule & coordinate new tenant move-ins & follow-up.
- Examine properties and inform maintenance staff of any issues.
- Work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Leasing Agent Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in property management and/or leasing.
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable alternative.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles, and relevant legislation.
- Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and ability to drive frequently.
- Functioning mobile phone with quality camera.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with modern technology & internet.
- Ability to embrace a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to accept and welcome change within a growing company.
- Ability to take direction while also working independently.

Compensation: $21/hour Mileage ($20-22/hour BOE)
Hours Option 1 (Monday-Friday): M-Th 830-5 Fri 830-4, occasional weekends
Hours Option 2 (Tuesday-Saturday): T-Thurs 830-5, Fri 830-4, Sat 830-5, occasional weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
