What you’ll do
- Greet guests warmly and provide top-notch customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring all items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through upselling techniques and recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately through cashiering duties.
Preferred qualifications
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenTable for managing reservations effectively.
- Experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable.
- Background in guest services or host/host roles enhances your candidacy.
