- Assign daily tasks and adjust labor to meet operational targets.
- Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion.
- Train and coach associates to maintain high performance.
- Enforce safety policies and proper equipment use.
- Verify accuracy of shipments and maintain documentation.
- Serve as communication point between associates, supervisors, and routing teams.
- Generate required reports and escalate issues when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse/distribution experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and WMS systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak-period overtime as business needs dictate.
- Coursework or certifications in logistics, warehouse operations, or leadership.
- 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience.

- Operating or working around machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems (with appropriate training).
- Tolerating varying environmental conditions, like hot, cold, or noisy warehouse spaces.
