Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation, tile laying, carpet installation and basic trim work. This role involves working on various residential and commercial projects, ensuring precise installation and finishing of flooring materials to meet client specifications.
Duties
- prepare surfaces for flooring installation, including subfloor preparation and leveling
- Install a variety of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet
- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing flooring materials
- Assist in demolition and removal of old flooring or damaged surfaces
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills
- Proven experience in flooring installation
- Ability to read a Tape Measure
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, and caulking guns; proficient with power tools including chop/table saws
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various projects
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined or elevated spaces

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
