Job Responsibilities: Teach bankruptcy course - 100% Course Description: Enforcement of judgments, debtors’ exemptions, fraudulent conveyances, composition with creditors, the bankruptcy case; title to property and powers of the trustee; administration of the estate; discharge in bankruptcy; wage earners’ plans.
