- Design, implement and evaluate programs and initiatives that improve the experience across the entire lifecycle.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other methods to collect employee feedback and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Develop and oversee initiatives to foster team member’s intellectual, physical, emotional, environmental, social, mental, financial and spiritual wellness.
- Collaborate to deliver internal communication strategies that ensure every team member is equipped in a timely manner with information needed to be productive and make informed decisions.
- Develop short and long-term plan to ensure sustainability and agility in the delivery of employee experience and engagement strategies.
- Partner to lead team of Experience and Engagement Specialists and/or Experience and Engagement Committee to ensure that LSSI mission, values and strategic objectives are realized.
- Manage budget and expenditures to ensure responsible fiscal management
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources or Operations Management with high school diploma (or equivalent) or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or Operations Management with bachelor’s degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Operations Management preferred.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources or SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification preferred.
- Experience designing, implementing and evaluating programs and initiatives that improve the experience across the entire employee lifecycle required.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on qualitative and quantitative data required.
- Experience managing resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions required.
- Experience navigating and guiding organizations through periods of transformation, minimizing disruption and maximizing success preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment preferred.
- Managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing required.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Background check clearance required.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
