LSR Multifamily is a Texas-based roofing and construction company serving apartment complexes across the state. With 30 years of experience, we specialize in roofing, welding, and construction services for the multifamily industry. We're not just looking for a salesperson — we're looking for a relentless competitor who can build relationships, solve problems, and drive results.

🔑 What Success Looks Like in This Role:

• In your first 6-12 months: You’ve proven you can sell, write scopes, and estimate construction jobs with confidence.

• You’ve mastered the process: You’re coachable, responsive to feedback, and follow the playbook — because it works.

• You live in the field: You're out between 10–3 daily at apartment complexes building trust with managers and maintenance teams.

• You take initiative: You’re driven, proactive, and constantly learning the construction trade so you can deliver more value.

We don’t expect you to know construction.We do expect you to learn fast, take feedback like a champ, and never stop improving.

📊 What a Winning Week Looks Like:

• 40–50 in-person check-ins

• 17–20 estimates written

• 8–13 jobs closed

• 55% close rate (average on the team)

• Former college athlete or someone with a high “compete” level — you hate to lose and thrive on challenge.

• You don’t need a specific background to thrive here. Some of our most successful Account Managers came from sales, coaching, teaching, and construction. What they all have in common? A killer work ethic and the drive to win.

• You take ownership: if you don’t win, you look in the mirror — not for excuses.

• You’re addicted to momentum — the next check-in, next estimate, next job won.

• You’re not scared to get your hands dirty, learn the industry, and juggle fast-moving pieces.

💼 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits to apartment complexes (10am–3pm), building relationships with property managers and maintenance staff.

• Writing scopes and construction estimates.

• Coordinating follow-ups, managing ongoing jobs, and quality checks.

• Learning and applying basic construction knowledge to deliver solutions.

• Contributing to a team-driven, values-based culture.
