What You'll Do
Perform TIG welding on aluminum components with a strong focus on quality and appearance
Weld, fit, and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications
Complete tack welding and final welds on aluminum products
Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
Use hand tools, measuring devices, and welding equipment safely and effectively
Assist with light metal preparation and finishing as needed
What You Need
Previous aluminum TIG welding experience required
Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
