The mission
Support the Digital team to deliver high-performing paid campaigns that grow our presence and impact across the US market.
You’ll help bring campaigns to life, test and learn across channels, and contribute to strong performance outcomes as we expand internationally.
How You’ll Make Moves
- Support the creation and rollout of paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and more
- Assist with generating and testing creative concepts based on performance insights
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Contribute to copywriting and localisation tailored to the US audience
- Use data and platform insights to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate closely with Creative and Content teams to keep fresh ideas flowing
- Work alongside our US-based team to execute campaigns aligned to local trends and opportunities
