Key Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics or technicians in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Help with disassembly and reassembly of parts, belts, gears, motors, and other mechanical components.
Perform basic preventive maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Help with installation or setup of new machines or production equipment.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Support team members with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
