Position Overview
LSI Staffing is hiring Stand-Up Forklift (PIT) operators for a cold storage environment in Omaha. This is a 2nd shift role with consistent hours and temp-to-hire potential for strong performers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Move, stage, and load/unload product in a warehouse setting
- Work in a cold storage environment
- Perform heavy lifting as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
Requirements
- Prior stand-up forklift experience preferred (PIT experience required)
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures (cold storage)
- Able to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse work
- Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Saturday
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
- Interview required before start
