Equipment Operators / Material Handlers

$16.20 - $18.00/HR (DOE) – Paid Weekly
Shifts: Openings are Shift specific
- Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
We are hiring experienced Equipment Operators / Material Handlers for a busy warehouse facility in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must have experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Equipment Levels & Pay
- EQ1: $16.20/HR
- EQ2: $17.10/HR
- EQ3: $18.00/HR
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and stack merchandise onto pallets, racks, or warehouse floors
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the facility
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and product movement
- Wrap pallets and apply shipment labels
- Organize and separate freight according to warehouse locations and shipping instructions
- Transport products throughout the warehouse as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Must have experience operating:
- Electric Pallet Jack Rider
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Reach Truck
- Ability to read and understand freight and shipping instructions
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and product handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Candidates must be comfortable operating multiple types of warehouse equipment throughout their shift. Experience with all listed equipment is required.
