Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Responsibilities

• Load and unload production parts efficiently
• Position parts correctly to support quality powder coating application
• Perform initial quality inspections on finished products
• Identify and report rejected or questionable materials according to established procedures
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Powder coating experience or painting experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
