Key Responsibilities
- Operate glove dipping line machinery according to established operating procedures.
- Monitor production parameters (e.g., line speed, tank temperatures, chemical levels) and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure gloves meet quality and production standards.
- Load and replenish production materials such as coagulant, latex/nitrile, powder, and water.
- Record production data, including material usage, downtime, and quality checks.
- Report any equipment, material, or quality abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with stripping, packing, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in an industrial, production, or general maintenance role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair techniques.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in warm, humid conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Exposure to heat, humidity, and chemicals (with appropriate PPE).
- Shift work, including weekends or overtime, may be required.
