Freight Handler – Indianapolis, IN
Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay: $15.02/HR – Paid Weekly
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
We are currently hiring Freight Handlers to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates will be responsible for loading/unloading freight, palletizing products, scanning inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and stack merchandise onto pallets, racks, or floors
Separate and organize freight for shipment
Apply labels and shrink-wrap to pallets
Use RF scanners for inventory tracking
Safely transport merchandise throughout the warehouse
Maintain product integrity through proper handling
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating pallet jacks required
Reach truck and forklift experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed
