Warehouse Laborer (Hot Environment / Heavy Lifting)
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for handling, moving, and organizing products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves heavy lifting and working in high-temperature conditions while supporting the remodeling, sorting, and preparation of products for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials manually or using pallet jacks
- Perform heavy lifting of products (50–75 lbs or more) throughout the shift
- Sort, repackage, label, and remodel products as needed
- Stack and organize materials in designated warehouse areas
- Assist with assembling, disassembling, or modifying products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Tolerate high temperatures and physically demanding work
Work Environment:
