About the Role
We are seeking a Business & Technical Services Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business development, technical services, and operational teams. This role supports the full lifecycle of our products and services—from pre‑sales and implementation through post‑Go‑Live support—ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical execution, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is solution‑driven, technically curious, customer‑focused, and comfortable collaborating across teams while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support
- Support regional prospecting efforts, lead qualification, pipeline management, and reporting
- Assist with sales quotations, proposals, RFPs, and customer correspondence
- Collaborate with leadership and regional teams on sales strategies and forecasting
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Technical Services & Implementation
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of company products and services
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and implementation plans
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, Scopes of Work, and project materials
- Serve as a technical liaison for system integrations and industry standards (including HL7)
- Provide hands‑on support during installations, including hardware setup, antenna installation, and system configuration
Customer Lifecycle & Operational Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact between customers, regional teams, and operations
- Monitor project milestones, SLAs, warranties, and upgrade initiatives
- Proactively communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders
- Track KPIs related to product performance, services, and operational efficiency
- Support customer retention, account follow‑ups, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, technical services, healthcare IT, or related roles
- Experience designing, documenting, testing, or supporting HL7 interfaces preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards, HIPAA regulations, and network communications preferred
- Professional certifications a plus (e.g., CCNA, PMP, CompTIA A , Network , CISSP, MCSE)
Required Skills

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
