Forklift Operator Job Description
LSI Staffing is seeking candidates with forklift experience starting at $18.70/hr! You can also expect scheduled wage progression We are looking for candidates that are eager to work and be a part of our winning manufacturing team. We have openings for both day and night shifts with a variety of scheduled days. Plenty of opportunity for VOLUNTARY overtime if you want it!
Wages: $18.70 - $20.20/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, skids, and lifting devices
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials on the production floor
- Supply production areas with materials as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Previous forklift or material handling experience required
- Ability to lift 60 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
