The Opportunity
Growth Creates Opportunity! We Are Seeking An A-Player To Join Our Vibrant Local Business, Which Is Part Of a Progressive Horticultural Organization With National Reach. As a Maintenance Production Manager, You’ll
- Train and manage crews daily; employee relationships, train, coach, mentor, discipline, and develop relationships.
- Schedule routes and sites, provide instructions and goals while maintaining efficiency and quality to complete all scheduled customer sites.
- Perform landscaping maintenance work as necessary including mowing, weeding, edging, trimming, pruning, irrigation start up and winterization, pesticide application, etc. in order to ensure the timely and quality completion of customer contracts.
- Understand scope of work, contract specifications for maximum productivity and quality standards for all customers and ensure that operations meet or exceed all contractual obligations.
- Conduct field safety training, ensure safe procedures are followed at all times, and ensure all employees consistently use personal protective equipment as required.
- Inspect properties using required inspection reports ensuring quality performance of work.
- Coordinate with LSI Account Manager and Client Operations Leader as needed.
- 3 years' experience in the landscape industry in a project management role or similar capacity
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
